Ballymena Primary School is in the heart of Ballymena and caters for a rich and diverse population. Children enjoy the calm and nurturing ethos, and all families and visitors are made to feel welcome and valued. The children enjoy and achieve high standards of learning and teaching from a dedicated and progressive staff. The school seeks to meet pupils at their point of need and help them develop to reach their full potential. We are always appreciative of the positive feedback from pupils, families and outside agencies who visit the school and praise the high standards of learning , behaviour, and engagement from the children. At just over 175 years old, we are the oldest school in the town in terms of our age, but never in terms of our outlook.
