Mrs. Lagan has been a teacher for 20 years: She trained at St. Mary’s College, Strawberry Hill, London. She is currently a Principal at St. Finlough’s Primary School, Glack. She and her family endured a devastating incident in November 2021 when the car she was travelling in was hit by a tree. Her husband Francis (also a Principal in Maghera) was killed on impact. Louise has been blessed with four beautiful children: Rose, Alice, Beth and Frank Junior. Mrs. Lagan splits her time between raising her young family and working full time as a Principal. She is indeed a hardworking, innovative, capable and charming woman who prides herself on a fantastic educational setting which brings out the very best in each child and each staff member. Louise greatly appreciates the nomination.
